October: Administrative Services contract and bonus reviewed

FMHCA conference table and volunteers discussed

November: Administrative Services contract renewal and bonus approved

FMHCA nominations due November 30th

Registration and payment for the annual FMHCA exhibitor table

December: No meeting

Membership Committee organizes SMHCA Quarterly Holiday Social to be held this month

January: Administrative Services issues NCs call for nominations (committee active throughout the year recruiting candidates)

1099-Misc for SMHCA Administrative Services must be filed before January 31st

File annual report for The Articles of Incorporation for SMHCA (SunBiz) by May 1st

Finalize preparation for FMHCA conference table and volunteers.

Professional Development Committee starts the process of guest speakers for the upcoming year (mandatory/required training topics recommended)

Spring Symposium Committee is formed and schedules first meeting

March: Commercial General Liability Insurance renewal for SMHCA

April: Nominations Committee presents slate of prepared candidates for office

Spring Symposium hosted the first or second weekend in April

May: Administrative Services orders plaques for departing board members, and creates certificates of appreciation for the remaining board members

Administrative Serviceson behalf of NC, sends an announcement to members of elected candidates and then sends an election ballot to membership

Board encourages members to attend the Annual AMHCA Conference

Finalize plans for Private Practice Symposium

Presentation of new board members at June Training

June: New officers begin at the end of the month

Host a Private Practice Symposium for June training

Administrative Services sends out membership invitation to 491 board lists of LMHCs, LCSWs, LMFTs, and Registered Interns within each discipline to those practicing within the 6 counties we serve.
