    To provide an update:

    We will move forward with the two proposals we currently have, which will allow us time to secure additional presentations for the next 12 months. While we have an advantage with these initial submissions, it is important to begin spreading the word that we are actively seeking future presenters.

    If the PDC Committee has not yet reviewed the SMHCA Proposal requirements for events, please use the link provided to familiarize yourself with the guidelines.

    Additionally, I have reached out to Dr. Christie Rogers-Larke, EdD, NCC, BC-TMH, BCPCC, ADHD-CSP, CCTP, CAMS-II, RPT-S, LPC-S, from Georgia, and invited her to present. Once her proposal is submitted, I will share it here.

    Good morning, 

    I'm thrilled that we have a Professional Development Committee! 

    I have attached two submissions that were made by future presenters.

    One submission was made June 16th, 2025 by Leslie de Graaf, LMHC-QS.

    Another submission was made June 27th, 2025 by Angela Canque-Kaplan, LMHC.

    Both submissions have been attached here in this forum thread. The submissions have also been emailed over to Yessyca.

    I would start by emailing each presenter and ask if they would be willing to presenter for September, October, or November. Once we have dates secured and the presenters provide dates they'd like to present please forward me the dates, and I will create the events and promotional materials.
